Red light at 660 nm and near-infrared light at 850 nm work in synergy. Red light primarily
affects superficial tissues and skin, while NIR light penetrates deeper to reach muscles, tendons,
ligaments, and joints. Together they provide comprehensive coverage from the surface down —
supporting circulation, comfort, and normal tissue function throughout the body.

Stimulates mitochondria to produce more ATP (cellular energy), which accelerates repair.
Reduces inflammation by modulating pro-inflammatory cytokines. Increases blood flow, which
brings oxygen and nutrients for tissue repair. Promotes collagen synthesis, important for skin
health and joint structures like cartilage and tendons.

Five intensity levels (P1–P5) control output strength, while Steady, Breathing, and Pulse modes
(10 Hz and 40 Hz) shape how light is delivered. Breathing mode gradually raises and lowers
light output in a smooth, rhythmic pattern to promote relaxation and rest. Pulse modes deliver

light in controlled on/off intervals — reducing heat buildup and allowing brief recovery periods
between exposures, which improves comfort during longer sessions.

Adjust everything mid-session with the included controller: power, light therapy mode (Red /
NIR / Red + NIR), brightness (P1–P5), Breathe mode, pulse frequency (10 Hz / 40 Hz), and a
session timer with 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 minute settings.

1. Place the mat flat on a floor, yoga mat, bed, or other stable surface with the LED side
facing up.

2. Select a light therapy mode: Red, NIR, or Red + NIR.
3. Choose your intensity level (P1–P5) and output mode (Steady or Breathing); if using
Pulse mode, select 10 Hz or 40 Hz.
4. Set your timer and start your session.
Recommended use: Up to 30 minutes per session, once daily. Additional sessions may be used
with a minimum of 6 hours between sessions. Stop the session if you feel any discomfort.

Power off and unplug before cleaning or storage. Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth —
never use harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, and never submerge the mat or allow
liquid to enter electrical components. Ensure the mat is completely dry before use or storage, and
store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture. Inspect cords
and connections regularly and discontinue use if damage is observed.

The RedFuzion™ Personal Wellness Mat includes a one (1) year limited manufacturer's
warranty covering missing parts and quality-related defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use. Coverage begins on the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser
only. Damage from misuse, improper care, water exposure, unauthorized modification, or normal
