Responsible for the assembly of sauna products and supporting daily warehouse operations. Requires hands-on experience and a focus on quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assemble sauna units according to technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Perform setup, installation, testing, and takedown of completed units
- Install wiring, lighting, cabinets, and related components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct functional testing to ensure product quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Support general warehouse tasks, inventory handling, and organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Experience with hand and power tools preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new sales opportunities
- Prospect, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company sales initiatives
- Travel nationally as needed to support sales efforts
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales experience (industry-related preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident presenter with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred (HubSpot a plus)
