What is a SaunaWellness Pro?
Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly, providing a deeper penetration at lower, more comfortable temperatures. Traditional saunas heat the air around you to very high temperatures, which can be less comfortable for some users.
How often should I use the sauna?
For best results, many users enjoy sessions 3-4 times per week. However, it is safe for daily use. We recommend listening to your body and consulting with a healthcare professional to determine what is best for you.
Is the sauna difficult to assemble?
Not at all. Our saunas are designed for simple, clasp-together assembly. Most customers can assemble their sauna in about 30-45 minutes with two people. No special tools are required.
What are the power requirements?
Most of our models plug into a standard 120V outlet with a 15A or 20A dedicated circuit. Please check the specific model’s specifications for exact requirements.
